Colour Changes & Restoration

From heritage window restoration to full property colour changes — bring faded, aged or mismatched surfaces back to life, or move them to a brand-new palette.

colour change 57ea97

Some projects are rescues: salt-blistered seaside windows, sun-bleached conservatories, graffiti-scarred shutters, cladding that faded to three different shades of beige. Others are rebirths: a 1990s white UPVC house moving to anthracite and oak, a shop rebranding under new ownership, a rental portfolio unified under one palette. Both are Colour Changes & Restoration — our craft at its most visible. Restoration work is honesty first. We tell you what can be saved, treat the causes — rot, corrosion, failed coatings — then rebuild the finish coat by coat. Colour changes are palette freedom: any RAL, dual-colour frames, multi-surface schemes pulled together by one coordinated team. The common result is the same: surfaces that look brand new, protected for years, for a fraction of the replacement quote you were dreading.

Why colour changes & restoration

Restore, don't replace

Original features, frames and cladding restored to better-than-new at a fraction of replacement.

Heritage-sensitive

sympathetic prep and breathable systems for period properties and conservation contexts.

Full palette freedom

Move from dated browns and whites to modern anthracite, sage or any RAL you like.

Match & blend

Patch repairs blend invisibly with existing coatings — no patchwork quilt.

    Maintenance guidance and, in writing.

Questions, answered

Can you restore original timber windows?
Yes — glazing bars, sashes and frames are stripped or stabilised, repaired and sprayed in breathable systems suited to period joinery.
We live in a conservation area — can you help?
Often, yes. We provide the specification and finish documentation that conservation officers require, and can match heritage colours precisely.
Can you change UPVC from white to anthracite?
It is our most requested colour change. Fully d and a fraction of new windows.
Will new coating match the old on part-restored areas?
We feather and blend with matched systems so repairs disappear — you will not see the joins, and neither will visitors.
How do we test colours before committing?
We spray sample cards or a test panel on site, plus you can preview dozens of RAL shades on our Colour Visualizer.
